Conclusion/Credits

Well, my projects come to an end. I hope you, the viewer learned something about you adolescence if you are one. It was a tedious job, but all went well, so yeah.

I would like to give thanks to my partner James, for researching a portion of sex, drugs, and lifestyle and consequences. I think he has worked very hard, so kudos to you James!

Anyways, I hope you had a good read!

Have a Healthy Adolescence! tm

Drugs & Alchohol Abuse

Ah, the topic of drugs and alcohol.

They can ruin your life A LOT. I am not exaggerating. Drugs will kill you. As for alchohol, it is not as bad, but having large quantities in you body system can cause liver failure, cirrohis and a whole more. These two topics are one of the most debated issues of human society.

Drugs can make you disoriented, dizzy, thirsty, tiered, sick, weak, unpredictable. It can also be a very payload on your wallet. So to all the curious people out there, DON'T DO DRUGS!

As for alcohol, it can be consumed on special occasions and so on, but this shoudn't be a frequent thing. Drinking may cause liver problems and brain function.

Well, both these topics are bad either way, if you want to be safe, I recommend performing abstinence.

Anyways, that's it for now. Over and out.

Lifestyle Changes & Consequences

Welcome to lifestyle changes and Consequences!

My partner James has a very interesting story to tell us all today. Here it goes...

"My friend smokes each night because of his hard work. He loves to eat chocolate after each meal and is overweight. Recently, my friend had to go to the doctor, because everything he swallowed hurt his neck and it was really bad. After the X-Ray examination, the doctor told him to stop smoking and eat less chocolate. The doctor pointed out that, if he didn't, he would face very bad diseases. So the doctor told him to eat fruits, apples, exercise and fill in breakfast. No chocolate included."

With Jame's interesting story, we can see a consequence in the beginning, with the person being overweight and prone to long-term diseases. After the doctor, we start to see a healthy option for Jame's friend. If he chooses to accept, he will encounter a lifestyle change. Other than that, it's pretty self explanatory, so eat smart and exercise!

Nutrition

Hi guys,

Today, I will touch upon the topic of nutrition.

Nutrition is an important building block for your body. Having the right foods in your body can improve you bodily functions, and may affect the way you feel. I would recommend following the food triangle.

By having good food, you will feel more active, strong, the brain power to study.

For me, nutrition is important. I just want to get through the day, and enjoy life feeling energetic. Whether it's the horribly expensive Glaceu(TM) Vitamin drink at my school, or just vitamin pills, it is vital to your body, and I strongly recommend it to everyone.

Though, my life is not all about vitamins and minerals. To be honest, I think food from nature is the most nutritious in terms of the benefits they give.

Actually, instead on giving you a lecture, all I'm going to say is, just eat whatever you can. As long as it is a varied dietary plan, you'll be fine.

Well that's it for now. Have a nice day!

Sexual Activity

Sexual Activity

Sex. It is the reproduction of a certain organism. Sex. In order to make living things attracted to it, it has to make the process 'feel good'. In turn, the organism receives pleasure. Though, this can be a very deceitful killer.

Although sex can be very beneficial to your body systems, reduce blood pressure, release endorphins etc. It can transmit STD's, or better known as a sexually transmitted disease. This can range from very mild diseases like hepatitis to very severe infections which could lead to death. Another major impact on ones life is pregnancy. It can damage the persons relationships and may lead to suicidal thoughts.

So if it's so dangerous, what should I do about it?

Sexual activity can be a good and rewarding experience, but practicing abstinence from such activities is protecting yourself from harmful effects. If sexual activity is absolutely necessary on you schedule, be very sure to at least wear a latex condom. Such decisions might save your life from HIV, AIDS. Even for oral sex, it is best you at least have it on. Saliva can still transmit it.

That's it for now. If your a girl and you get peer pressure to do such things, it is completely your choice, but choose wisely, as it is something you will have for life. A everlasting memory.

Ah, finally done a short topic on sex, on to the next topic!

Relationships

Hi everyone,

Let's start off with an overview of relationships. Relationships are connections we make with people in our social lives. It is what bonds us to other people. During adolescence, a individual will feel great change in their lives. Some will be lucky and hit it rich with a girl, some will start to realize their true potential friends, while the unfortunate may lose friends due to some changes in that person. Either way, it is a normal part of life. Parting and making ties is what you experience as an adolescent.

In a relationship, you have to take note that relations with others require communication skills as prerequisites. Good communication may vary between people to people. The form of socializing usually depends on the clique your in (A clique is a group of friends who hang out together and act together in similar ways.)

Such groups have a form of communication. They may include:

Sign Language, Body language, and the language local to the group.

This dictates how well the group goes, though different people from other cultures will find it somewhat hard to mix in with the clique.

Most importantly though, you should also establish ties to potential friends, but it is not as easy as you think. When I think about making friends in school, I have to keep these facts in mind.

Be sympathetic
Be yourself
Try to find a balance of words
Ask questions that may jump start our friendship

There are heaps more, but this is mainly the most you need to know for now. A healthy social life also depends on your abstinence on peer pressure. Either way, their will be people that will take interest in you at some level. Following these facts, I am sure you will find good friends.

That's it for my relationships post. Next topic coming next...
